As facility planners and management consultants we specialise in the areas of strategic facility planning and asset management systems, including asset policy analysis and development for government and corporate bodies. We have undertaken asset and facility rationalisation, campus planning and policy development projects and have extensive experience in public sector and institutional facility evaluation, needs analysis, strategic planning, accommodation briefing and maintenance systems Ð extending over the past 25 years. In all projects we aim to produce practical, useful and authoritative outcomes, which relate closely to the client's needs, are systematically analysed and documented and are responsive to the policy context. Understanding the client organisation and its work processes is essential to form recommendations which are able to be implemented and we prefer to work closely with clients at all levels. Being a two person consultancy we are able to provide whatever level of personal commitment to the project is required. In recent years Ian Godfrey and Lecki Ord have presented conference papers on facility briefing, space planning and strategic asset management to the US Society of College and University Planning (SCUP), the Australian chapter of APPA and the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA).
